Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Strokes-App (im Folgenden „App") sowie der zugehörigen Dienste (Website, Synchronisation, Strokes+ Abo). Anbieter der App ist Markus Habeler, Österreich (im Folgenden „Anbieter"). Mit Installation oder Nutzung der App akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen.
Der Anbieter gewährt dir ein nicht-exklusives, nicht übertragbares, persönliches Recht zur Nutzung der App auf einem oder mehreren Geräten gemäß den Apple App Store Nutzungsbedingungen.
Du darfst nicht:
Strokes+ ist ein optionales Abonnement, das zusätzliche Features (volle Stats inkl. Strokes Gained, Coach-Insights, Pro-Modus mit Shot-Tracking, Training-Modul, unbegrenzte Runden) freischaltet. Die kostenlose Version bleibt mit reduziertem Funktionsumfang verfügbar.
Wichtige Hinweise zum Auto-Renew-Abo:
Lifetime-Codes können vom Anbieter generiert und (z.B. an Beta-Tester oder im Rahmen von Aktionen) ausgegeben werden. Ein eingelöster Code schaltet alle Strokes+ Features dauerhaft frei und ist nicht übertragbar. Codes können einmalig eingelöst werden.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Richtigkeit deiner Account-Daten und die Sicherheit deines Passworts. Bei Verdacht auf unbefugte Nutzung melde dich umgehend bei hello@strokes-app.com.
Die Strokes-Gained-Berechnung basiert auf statistischen Baseline-Werten und ist ein Näherungswert zur Selbsteinschätzung. Sie ist nicht als offizielle handicap-relevante Berechnung zu verstehen.
Wir bemühen uns um eine möglichst hohe Verfügbarkeit der App, garantieren aber keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit. Wir können einzelne Features ändern, ergänzen oder einstellen.
Du kannst deinen Account jederzeit in der App löschen. Wir können einen Account sperren, wenn gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen wird (z.B. Missbrauch, Betrug).
Die App wird mit Sorgfalt entwickelt, dennoch können Fehler auftreten. Eine Haftung für Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der App entstehen, ist außer bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig. Insbesondere keine Haftung für: Datenverlust durch Geräteversagen, Ausfälle der Sync-Infrastruktur, Ungenauigkeiten der Strokes-Gained-Berechnung.
Es gilt österreichisches Recht. Verbraucher-Schutzbestimmungen ihres Heimatlandes bleiben unberührt. Apple ist nicht Vertragspartei dieser Bedingungen — Apples Standard-EULA und Nutzungsbedingungen für den App Store gelten ergänzend.

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Strokes app (the "App") and related services (website, sync, Strokes+ subscription). The App is provided by Markus Habeler, Austria (the "Provider"). By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms.
The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal right to use the App on one or more devices in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms.
You may not:
Strokes+ is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features (full stats including Strokes Gained, coach insights, Pro mode with shot tracking, training module, unlimited rounds). The free version remains available with reduced features.
Auto-renewing subscription disclosure:
Lifetime codes may be generated and issued by the Provider (e.g. to beta testers or in promotions). A redeemed code permanently unlocks all Strokes+ features and is non-transferable. Codes can be redeemed once.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and the security of your password. Report any suspected unauthorized use to hello@strokes-app.com.
Strokes Gained calculations are based on statistical baseline values and are intended for self-assessment. They are not to be understood as an official handicap-relevant calculation.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Individual features may be changed, added, or discontinued.
You can delete your account anytime in the App. We may suspend an account if these Terms are violated (e.g. abuse, fraud).
The App is developed with care, but errors may occur. Liability for damages arising from use of the App is excluded except in case of intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. In particular, no liability for: data loss due to device failure, sync infrastructure outages, inaccuracies of Strokes Gained calculation.
Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Apple is not a party to these Terms — Apple's standard EULA and App Store Terms apply additionally.
